Boot Camp is a flight instructor peer-mentoring program for new employees at Aero-Tech. It is our employee standardization, orientation and value-add training for CFIs. It’s organized as a 12-week program. However, you are not required to complete each week’s work within the week, nor are you required to complete the program within 12 weeks. But ... graduation is required for Aero-Tech to consider your 90-day new-hire probationary period to be complete! The objectives of BOOT CAMP are to:
- Increase instructional effectiveness
